Deliveries from Devon Logs

Devon logs delivers kiln dried logs, coal and more anywhere in Devon. In Plymouth we use our own fleet of delivery vehicles and elsewhere in Devon we use our courier partner Gregorys Distribution.

When you place your order over the phone or online, we will contact you to find out when you would like us to deliver your logs to you. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.

Delivery Charges

There is a flat rate delivery charge for logs and other bulk winter fuels of £45. If you spend over £400 on anything from our store (including sale items) then the delivery charge is waived completely.

For deliveries outside of Devon there is a variable tariff. We are able to distribute your log order nationwide if you wish (excluding the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and The Isles of Scilly. Enter your postcode at checkout to calculate the exact charge.

Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset also attract the same flat rate delivery charge of £45 and delivery is free in these areas when you spend over £400. Our online checkout will calculate the delivery charges exactly when you enter your postcode.

Delivery Days and Times

Our team make deliveries Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. We will always contact you in advance to discuss a suitable delivery schedule for you. If it becomes inconvenient to accept a delivery please contact us so we can re-arrange. In some circumstances depending on access it is possible to deliver your logs to a safe place while you are not at home. Speak to the team to make arrangements.

Access

We need to make sure there is safe access for our vehicles to deliver to your home or business. We will make enquiries when we contact you.

Please bear in mind that if you live on a busy street with parked cars we may only be able to deliver larger items such as large crates, bulk and barrow bags on the roadside. If you have a private driveway or yard it is easier to deliver larger items.

If you have access challenges where you live it might be better to order smaller items such as nets or handybags because these can be carried more easily from the delivery vehicle to your log storage area.
