To order logs, heat logs, coal and kindling from us, customers are invited to call our sales team on 01752 395 995 or to place an order directly with us online through this website.

Placing an order over the phone

Our team are waiting to take your call. They are very experienced in the log business and can provide help and advice to you over the phone making suggestions about what to order, how much and when best to place your order. Payment can be taken over the phone and your invoice will be emailed to you.

Telephone ordering is available between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm on Saturdays.

Placing an order online

Orders can be placed online 24/7. Secure online card payment is taken during checkout and a confirmation email will be sent to you within 1 minute of your order being placed.

Our office team will receive your order and contact you to make delivery arrangements. Your invoice will be emailed to you once this is confirmed.

If you make a mistake during online ordering and you would like a refund, please just contact us during our office hours and we will be happy to assist.

What to Order

There are lots of logs and other winter fuels to choose from when placing an order. Small nets provide convenience and simplicity while bulk bags and crates provide bulk savings. Oak logs are a very dense hardwood log that burns super hot and for a long time but cost more whereas Birch logs, while still a hardwood, are less dense, grow faster and cost less.

Heat logs are especially well suited to those wishing to save money while coal and anthracite is best for open fires, kiln dried firewood is best for wood burning stoves.

When to Order Logs

You can order your logs any time but we can delay delivery to suit you. The best time to receive your kiln dried logs is just before you really need them. Storing logs introduces the risk over time that they will absorb moisture naturally from their surroundings. As you are buying Woodsure approved Ready to Burn kiln dried logs from us we really want them to stay dry after they are delivered to you. A great time to have logs delivered is late summer / early autumn so your log stores are nice and full as you head into the cooler months. Try to avoid having wood delivered in the Spring in case we have a wet summer and your logs don't stay dry.
